Vivianne Wright
Vivianne Wright brings a thoughtful, strategic, and deeply personalized approach to guiding students and professionals through the admissions process. With experience spanning both college and MBA admissions, she has worked with candidates from diverse backgrounds, helping them clarify their goals, articulate their stories, and present their strengths with confidence.
She holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University and is a certified coach through NYU, credentials that deepen her ability to combine academic rigor with empathetic guidance. Her philosophy is centered on advocacy: every applicant deserves to be seen as more than a set of numbers or bullet points.
Vivianne tailors her work to each individual, championing their unique experiences and aspirations while providing clear, structured guidance at every stage—from school selection to application strategy, essays, and interviews. Known for her ability to balance candor with encouragement, she has helped students gain admission to highly competitive undergraduate programs and top-tier MBA programs alike.

Kauane Krainski
As an Admissions Consultant at MBA House, Cauane Krainski specializes in guiding prospective MBA candidates—particularly international students—through the admissions process with confidence and clarity. With a strong academic foundation that includes a BBA in Business Administration and an MBA in Management, Cauane brings both expertise and firsthand insight into what it takes to succeed in competitive business programs.
In addition to her MBA admissions work, Cauane serves as a College Specialist and Mentor at NY College Prep, where she supports high school students in navigating the undergraduate admissions process. Her mentorship focuses on helping students discover their academic passions, craft authentic applications, and approach their educational journey with purpose.
Having lived and studied in the United States for seven years, Cauane understands the unique challenges and opportunities international applicants encounter when applying to top programs. She is passionate about building meaningful connections, tailoring strategies to each candidate, and providing personalized support that empowers students to achieve their academic and professional goals.
